The Val di Fassa is a territory full of initiatives and opportunity.

There are innumerable paths and antique roads to follow admiring the spectacular panorama of the Ladin Dolomites. You can stop for a picnic or eat in one of the mountain huts that you come across or try some locally made cheese and milk in one of the little dairy farms. The local tourist agency organizes a number of enogastronomic activities in both the summer and winter in order to discover the characteristic Ladin specialties.

A rich calendar of events awaits history and culture lovers. You’ll have the chance to visit the Ladin Museum of Fassa or to participate in colorful and intriguing festivals like the Ladin Carnival or the traditional Ladin costume parades.

Even sport enthusiasts can watch different events, such as the Sellaronda Ski marathon or hockey games in the Canazei stadium, but also international competitions like the Marcialonga or the upcoming World Nordic Ski Championships of 2013.
